PARLAY is the flagship men’s club program of the UltiWay Foundation.
While we compete in USA Ultimate Club competition, our primary mission extends beyond winning tournaments. PARLAY exists to demonstrate what a player-centered, education-driven club program can become when coaching, leadership, and long-term development are placed above politics and tradition.
Every lesson, drill, practice plan, homework assignment, and coaching system developed within PARLAY helps shape the resources that UltiWay provides to middle school, high school, college, and club programs across the country.

Our goal is to create one of the most transformative player development programs in Ultimate by combining elite coaching, structured practice plans, objective evaluation, off-field education, and year-round support into one complete program.

Rather than running disconnected drills from week to week, our coaching staff follows a structured curriculum that progressively develops players throughout the season.
Practices build upon previous lessons while introducing new concepts in offensive systems, defensive principles, throwing mechanics, decision making, athletic performance, leadership, and game intelligence.
Our objective isn’t simply to prepare for the next tournament.
It’s to prepare players for the next level.
